Rooms are not good. No bath tubs for back side rooms

Location , accessibility to wholesale markets in clothes electronics and perfumes . Creek , nice reasonable restaurants

Nothing in particular though breakfast quality and selection and presentation needs drastic improvement

Location. The fact that it is one of the few hotels in bur Dubai with a bar and entertainment. The staff are very friendly and the securities does their job very well. Feel secured.

The breakfast. Not too happy about the breakfast. I paid but I have to go and eat outside.They should upgrade their breakfast. Apart from that everything ok.

Location is very good , but paid 5 star price for 3 star hotel , price quoted is very high

Housekeeping staff are kind

The sound of the bar is like beside our room. We cannot sleep properly. The bathroom smells and old. Parking is difficult

the hotel was old and alittle bit dark. some staff are rude. i requested for a bottled water but they give me filtered water placed in an unsealed bottle container.

I like the location

In the booking com, so the price is $83/ day plus tax $23 that mean $106 dollars, but he charge $111 dollars, explain 5 dollars is fee?

My room was hendi cap room and I don’t book for Hendi cap room than why you give me that room it was very uncomfortable for me when I was using the bathroom very bad experience

I don't like front desk guy Ashish I call for extra towels and he told me we can't give that because you check in today that's not good so I had very bad experience in this hotel I will not come back again.

I didn't like provided room, noisy bed, near spa people whole night screaming, main door couldn't locked due to go out.
